Plans for 100 homes at Coyte Farm are rejected

BEING able to show that St Austell is on track to meet housing targets has seen plans to build more than 100 homes on the edge of the town rejected by Cornwall Council.
Redrow Homes Limited had been hoping to build 150 homes on land once earmarked for a multi-million pound shopping park at Coyte Farm.
It was the second application from the developer after withdrawing the initial plans in 2017...
